Ang Jesi, binaybay ring Iesi (Italyano: [ˈJɛːzi]), ay isang bayan at komuna ng lalawigan ng Ancona sa Marche, Italya.
Ito ay isang mahalagang sentrong pang-industriya at pansining sa lunas sa kaliwa (hilaga) na pampang ng ilog ng Esino na 17 kilometro (11 mi) bago ang bukana nito sa Dagat Adriatico.
