Ingay

Ang ingay, sa katotohanan, ay ibang katawagan para sa tunog. Subalit tunog na hindi kailangan o ayaw marinig ang ingay. Kaugnayan ng impormasyon, maaari ring tawaging "ingay" ang mga dato o kabatirang walang kahulugan o walang ibig sabihin, katulad ng tinatawag na "puting ingay". Naririnig o nadarama ng mga tainga ang matunog na ingay. Makakapinsala sa mga tainga ang maiingay at malalakas na tunog.
