Ang Isili, Ìsili sa wikang Sardo, ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Timog Cerdeña sa rehiyon ng Cerdeña, kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) sa hilaga ng Cagliari sa tradisyonal na rehiyon ng Sarcidano.

Ang Isili ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Gergei, Gesturi, Laconi, Nuragus, Nurallao, Nurri, Serri, at Villanova Tulo.
