Ang Masone (Ligurian: Mazun o Mason [maˈzuŋ]) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Genova, rehiyon ng Liguria, hilagang-kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 32 kilometro (20 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Genova.
