Ang Mitte (Aleman: [ˈmɪtə]  ( pakinggan)) ay ang una at pinakasentrong boro ng Berlin. Ang boro ay binubuo ng anim na sub-endtidad: sentrong Mitte, Gesundbrunnen, Hansaviertel, Moabit, Tiergarten, at Wedding.

Ito ay isa sa dalawang borough (ang isa ay Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) na dating nahahati sa pagitan ng Silangang Berlin at Kanlurang Berlin.
