NAMFREL

Ang NAMFREL o National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections ay isang pinaniniwalaang tagapagbantay ng halalan sa Pilipinas. Itinatag ito ni Jose S. Concepcion, Jr. Ang kasalukuyang gumaganap na tagapangulo ay si Jose L. Cuisia, Jr., pagkatapos magbitiw ng dati nitong tagapangulong, si ambasador Henrietta de Villa, na tagapangulo din ng PPCRV (Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting).[1]

Layunin ng NAMFREL na matiyak na "malaya, maayos at totoo ang halalan" sa Pilipinas. Ito ay isang organisasyong walang kinakampihan o non-partisan na may 250,000 boluntaryong kasapi mula sa iba't -ibang mga organisasyong relihiyoso, sibiko, pang-negosyo, pampropesyunal, pangmanggagawa, pangkabataan, pang-edukasyunal at mga organisasyong hindi-pampamahalaan.
