Ang Offagna ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Ancona sa rehiyon ng Marche ng Italya, mga 11 kilometro (7 mi) timog-kanluran ng Ancona. Noong 31 Disyembre 2018, mayroon itong populasyon na 1,992 at sakop na 10.5 kilometro kuwadrado (4.1 mi kuw).[3]
