Ang Orune (Sardo: Orùne) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Nuoro, rehiyong awtonomo ng Cerdeña, kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 130 kilometro (81 mi) sa hilaga ng Cagliari at mga 11 kilometro (7 mi) hilaga ng Nuoro.

Ang Orune ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Benetutti, Bitti, Dorgali, Lula, Nule, at Nuoro.
