Ang Proveis (Italyano: Proves [pro'ves]) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigang Awtonomo ng Bolzano, rehiyon ng Trentino-Alto Adigio, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 25 kilometro (16 mi) sa kanluran ng Bolzano.

Heograpiya

Noong Nobyembre 30, 2010, ang Proveis ay may populasyon na 274 at isang lugar na 18.5 kilometro kuwadrado (7.1 mi kuw).[3]

Ang Proveis ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Cagnò, Laurein, Rumo, at Ulten.
