Si Robert Recorde (ca. 1512 – 1558) ay isang Welsh na manggagamot at matematiko. Siya ang nagpakilala ng panandang "katumbas" o "equals" sign (=), at pati na ang mga panandang "pandagdag" o "plus" sign (+) noong 1557.
