Si Ruby Moreno (ルビー・モレノ, ipinanganak 22 Setyembre 1965)[1][2] ay isang artistang Pilipina na nakabase sa bansang Hapon. Kinakatawan siya ng Inagawa Motoko Office.[3] Lumabas siya sa iba't ibang pelikula at palabas sa telebisyon sa Hapon, gayon din sa ilang mga pelikula sa Pilipinas.

Nanalo siya ng ilang parangal kabilang ang pagiging pinakamahusay na aktres sa ika-18 Hochi Film Award[4] at ang pagiging pinakamahusay na pang-suportang aktres sa ika-15Yokohama Film Festival[5] para sa pelikulang All Under the Moon.[6]
