Ang saltik o tirador[1] ay isang laruan o sandata na karaniwang kahugis ng titik "Y". Mayroon din dalawang piraso ng mahabang goma na nakakabit sa dalawang sungay nito, na humahantong sa isang lalagyan ng bala. Hinihila ng isang kamay ang mga goma habang nakawak sa sisidlan-ng-balang may bala kapag ginagamit itong pampuntirya. Sa Batangas, Pilipinas, kilala rin ito sa tawag na paltik o pamaltik.[1]
