Ang Spilinga ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Vibo Valentia sa rehiyon ng Calabria ng Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-kanluran ng Catanzaro at mga 15 kilometro (9 mi) kanluran ng Vibo Valentia.
