Ang Tarso o sa Ingles ay Tarsus ( /ˈtɑrsəs/; Heteo: Tarsa; Greek: Ταρσός Tarsós; Hebreo: תרשיש‎ Ṭarśīś; Arabe: طَرَسُوس Ṭarsūs) ay isang makasaysayang lungsod sa kalagitnaang timog ng Turkiya. Ito ay bahagi at administratibong distrito ng Lalawigan ng Mersin at nasa kalagitnaan ng rehiyong ng Cukurova.

Sa kasaysayan, ang Tarso ay matagal na naging isang mahalagang tigilan ng mga mangangalakal at isang sentrong punto ng maraming kabihasnan. Noong panahon ng Imperyo Romano, naging kabisera ang Tarso ng lalawigan ng Cilicia. Ito ang lugar kung saan unang nagkita sina Mark Antony at Cleopatra, at ito rin ang lugar ng kapanganakan ni Apostol Pablo.
