Ang "The Cutter" ay isang solong inilabas ng banda na Echo & the Bunnymen noong 1983. Ito ang pangalawang solong inilabas mula sa kanilang 1983 Porcupine album.

Ang solong ay pinakawalan sa Korova label sa United Kingdom noong 14 Enero 1983 bilang pareho ng isang 7" at 12" na solong. Ang 7" ay magagamit bilang isang limitadong edisyon na nakabalot sa isang cassette na naglalaman ng mga track mula sa kanilang Agosto 1979 John Peel session na nagtatampok ng drum machine na napabalitang tinawag na "Echo".
