Si Earl Timothy Cone (Isinilang noong December 14, 1957) ay isang Amerikanong propesyunal na tagapagsanay sa basketbol ng koponang Barangay Ginebra San Miguel sa PBA. Kilala sya sa pagakay sa kanyang koponan na Alaska nong dekada noventa at pagdala sa kanila sa Grand Slam. Si Cone ay kilalang gumagamit ng estilong tatsulok na opensa.[1] Siya ang pinakamaraming kampyonatong naiuwi sa liga, dalawampu't apat at may dalawang Grand Slam.
