Ang Toho Co., Ltd. (東宝株式会社, Tōhō Kabushiki-gaisha) ay isang pelikula, teatro at distribusyong kompanya mula sa bansang Hapon. Ang punong himpilan nito ay nasa Toho Hibiya Building (宝日比谷ビル, Tōhō Hibiya Biru), sa Yūrakuchō, Chiyoda, Tokyo, Hapon at ito ang isa sa mga sentrong kompanya ng Hankyu Hanshin Toho Group. Ang kompanya ay lumipat sa kanyang kasalukuyang punong-tanggapan noong Abril 2005.[1]

Ang Toho ay mayroon isang teatro sa San Francisco, California at nagbukas ng teatro sa Lungsod ng New York noong 1963 na parehong nasa Estados Unidos.[2] Nakaroon din ng kontribusyon ang Toho sa produksyon ng ilang pelikulang Amerikano, kabilang ang pelikula noong 1998 ni Sam Raimi na A Simple Plan.[3]
