Ang Trequanda ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Siena sa rehiyon ng Toscana ng gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-silangan ng Florencia at mga 30 kilometro (19 mi) timog-silangan ng Siena.

Ang Trequanda ay nasa hangganan ng mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Asciano, Pienza, Rapolano Terme, San Giovanni d'Asso, Sinalunga, at Torrita di Siena at binubuo ng mga sumusunod na nayon: Trequanda, Castelmuzio, at Petroio.
