Republik Rakyat Kongo (Bahasa Prancis: République populaire du Congo) adalah negara komunis dan sosialis yang didirikan pada tahun 1970 di Republik Kongo. Dipimpin oleh Partai Buruh Kongo (Bahasa Prancis: Parti congolais du travail, PCT).
Negara ini ada sampai tahun 1991 dan dibubarkan ketika negara ini berganti nama dan pemerintah PCT tersingkir di tengah-tengah gelombang reformasi multipartai yang melanda Afrika pada awal tahun 1990.
