La bandera nacional de la República de Chad ye una bandera tricolor formada por tres franxes verticales, siendo azul la más averada al asta, mariella la central, y roxa la más alloñada del asta. Magar de la semeyanza ente esta bandera y otres como la rumana, o l'andorrana, nun tien nengún tipu de venceya con estes. Los colores de la bandera de Chad xurden de la combinación de los colores de la bandera de Francia (antigua metrópolis) y los tradicionales colores del panafricanismu.

Esta bandera foi adoutada'l 6 de payares de 1959.
