NGC 20 ye una galaxa lenticular alcontrada na constelación d'Andrómeda. Tien doble entrada nel Nuevu Catálogu Xeneral; por ello, tanto NGC 20 como NGC 6 referir a ella.

Afayada'l 18 de setiembre de 1857 por William Parsons (catalogada como NGC 20), y re-afayada'l 20 de setiembre de 1885 por Lewis Swift (catalogada como NGC 6).[2]

Ta a unos 220 millones d'años lluz de distancia, y tien un diámetru d'unos 100 mil años lluz. NGC 20 forma parte del grupu NGC 7831, con NGC 13, 19, 29, 39, 43 y una docena más de galaxes.[2]
