Dinas a chymuned (comune) yng ngogledd-ddwyrain yr Eidal yw Parma, sy'n brifddinas talaith Parma yn rhanbarth Emilia-Romagna.

Roedd poblogaeth comune Parma yng nghyfrifiad 2011 yn 175,895.[1]

Mae'n ddinas hynafol lle ceir sawl adeilad hanesyddol yn cynnwys y Duomo (Eglwys Gadeiriol). Fe'i sefydlwyd yn amser Rhufain Hynafol a daeth yn ganolfan ddiwylliannol fawr yn yr Oesoedd Canol.
