فاکتور تقویت‌کننده 2D اختصاصی یاخته ماهیچه‌ای (انگلیسی: Myocyte-specific enhancer factor 2D) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «MEF2D» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۵][۶]

این پروتئین با فاکتور رونویسی Sp1[۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
