Garding is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Sleeswijk-Holstein. Garding is het bestuurscentrum van het Amt Eiderstedt in Kreis Noord-Friesland. De stad, die geheel omgeven wordt door de gemeente Kirchspiel Garding, telt 2.844 inwoners.[1]
