Montsec is een gemeente in het Franse departement Meuse in de regio Grand Est en maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Commercy. De gemeente telde 75 inwoners op 1 januari 2023.[2]
Geografie
De oppervlakte van Montsec bedraagt 5,95 vierkante kilometer. Op 1 januari 2023 was de bevolkingsdichtheid 12,6 inwoners per km².
De plaats ligt nabij Lac de Madine. Op een heuvel bij het plaatje is het historische monument Butte de Montsec gebouwd.[3][4][5]
