Interdynamic AB

Interdynamic AB — шведская оружейная компания. Наиболее известна как предшественник американской компании intratec и создатель пистолета-пулемёта MP-9, который впоследствии лёг в основу самозарядного пистолета tec-9[1].

История

Компания Interdynamic AB была основана в Швеции в конце 1970-х годов. Её ключевой фигурой стал конструктор Йёран Ларс Магнус Челльгрен (швед. Göran Lars Magnus Kjellgren), позже сменивший имя на Джордж Келлгрен после переезда в США[2].

Одной из ранних разработок компании стала штурмовая винтовка MKS 1979 года 5,56×45 мм НАТО[2].

В 1980-х годах компания предоставила прототип штурмовой винтовки MKR 4,5×26 мм R. До серийного производства не была[3].

Пистолет пулемёт MP-9

Наиболее известной разработкой компании Interdynamic AB стал пистолет-пулемёт MP-9, спроектированный в начале 1980-х годов. Оружие было создано по образцу и подобию шведского пистолета пулемёта Carl Gustaf m/45[4].

Связь с intratec

Потерпев неудачу на государственном рынке, руководство Interdynamic AB решило использовать разработанную конструкцию на рынке в США. Для этого в конце 1970-х годов было основано дочернее предприятие Interdynamic USA. Именно на него легла задача по продвижение полуавтоматической версии MP-9 названной KG-9, которое стало прародителем самозарядного TEC-9. После ухода Джорджа Келлгрена и переименования компании в intratec, связь со шведской компанией Interdynamic AB оборвалась.
