RC4WD është prodhues dhe shitës i pjesëve të modelit radio - controlled, automjeteve dhe pajisjeve. Kompania u themelua në vitin 2001 në San Francisco. Produktet e tyre janë zgjedhur nga NASA dhe janë shfaqur në TV dhe revista në shumë vende te botës. Kompania bëri pjesën më të shpejtë dhe me te fuqishme te baterise se radios per vetura.[1][2]

Historiku i RC4WD

RC4WD u themelua në vitin 2001në San Francisco të Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikes. Fillimisht RC4WD filloi si një " OneStopShop " ( faqe interneti ) për rc kamionion. Biznesi u rrit me ndihmën e RCMT.net i cili është një komunitet forum i dedikuar për entuziastët e rc kamiomeve. Në vitin 2005 kompani shiti rreth 800 pjesë te kompanive: Thundertech Racing, JPS, New Era Models, Imex, Defiance Racing, RC Alloy, Vertigo Performance dhe të tjerë. RC4WD u zhvendos në një depo të vogël në San Jose në vitin 2007. Në korrik të vittit 2010 u licencua produkti i pare i quajtur The Dick Cepek "Mud Country" 1.9. Një vit më vonë, në shkurt të vitit 2011, Horizon Hobby filloi shpërndarjen e produkteve. Në mars të vitit 2014 Towerhobbies filloi shitjen e produkteve RC4WD.
