Akrozin (EC 3.4.21.10, akrozomalna proteinaza, akrozonaza, alfa-akrozin, beta-akrosin, upsilon-akrosin, akrozinska amidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz spermatozoida.
