Ang Demonte ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 90 kilometro (56 mi) timog-kanluran ng Turin at mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) timog-kanluran ng Cuneo, sa Valle Stura di Demonte.

May hangganan ang Demonte sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Aisone, Castelmagno, Marmora, Moiola, Monterosso Grana, Pradleves, Sambuco, Valdieri, Valloriate, at Vinadio.
