Ang Prazzo ay comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya.

Ang pangunahing nayon ay nahahati sa dalawang bahagi, ang Prazzo Superiore (itaas) at Prazzo Inferiore (ibaba), sa humigit-kumulang 1 kilometro (0.6 mi) mula sa isa't isa sa pambansang ruta 22. Ang Prazzo ay bahagi ng lokal na komunidad ng lambak ng "Valle Maira".
