Ang Perano ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) at bayan sa lalawigan ng Chieti, Abruzzo, timog-silangang Italya.

Ang Perano ay tumataas sa isang maburol na pag-alon sa kanan ng ilog Sangro. Ang teritoryo nito ay umaabot sa 6.28 km² sa isang marubdob na nilinang na lugar.
