Streptochaetoideae Butzin (1965)

Anomochlooideae là một nhánh con thuộc họ cỏ thực sự Poaceae. Nó được coi là nhánh gốc của tất cả các loại cỏ khác. Nhóm này bao gồm các loài thảo dược lâu năm mọc trên mặt đất bóng râm của các khu rừng ở vùng Neotropics. Có hai chi là Anomochloa và Streptochaeta, mỗi chi thuộc một tông riêng.
