Allos is een gemeente in het Franse departement Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in de regio Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur en maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Castellane. De gemeente telde 812 inwoners op 1 januari 2023.[1] Deze inwoners worden Allossards genoemd.
Geschiedenis
De gemeente maakte tot 2015 deel uit van het kanton Allos-Colmars. Toen het kanton op 22 maart 2015 werd opgeheven werd Allos opgenomen in het kanton Castellane.
Geografie
De oppervlakte van Allos bedraagt 116,65 vierkante kilometer. Op 1 januari 2023 was de bevolkingsdichtheid 7 inwoners per km². De onderstaande kaart toont de ligging van Allos met de belangrijkste infrastructuur en aangrenzende gemeenten:
