Remswerd (Fries: Remswert of Rjemsert) is een buurtschap in de gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân, in de Nederlandse provincie Friesland. Remswerd ligt ten zuidoosten van Bolsward, tussen Nijland en Wolsum voornamelijk aan de Remswerderleane.
In de richting van Wolsum ligt net voor de Wijmerts de buurtschap Wolsumerketting. In het zuiden. aan de Wijmerts ligt de buurtschap Vijfhuis, te bereiken via de Nijewei.
Geschiedenis
De buurtschap is ontstaan op een terp. In 1444 werd de plaats vermeld als Raemswert, in 1455 als toe raemswert en in 1718 als Remsert. De plaatsnaam zou wijzen op een bewoonde hoogte, terp (wert) van de persoon Remme.
Sport
Bij Remswerd ligt de autocrossbaan van de friese autocross club.
