Si Djer ay itinuturing na ikatlong paraon ng Unang dinastiya ng Ehipto sa kasalukuyang Ehiptolohiya. Siya ay nabuhay noong mga gitna ng Ika-31 siglo BCE[1] at naghari sa loob ng mga 40 taon.[2]
