Ang Ponzone ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Alessandria, rehiyon na Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 80 kilometro (50 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 40 kilometro (25 mi) timog-kanluran ng Alessandria. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 1,217 at may lawak na 69.3 kilometro kuwadrado (26.8 mi kuw).[3]
