Historia

Corresponde a la letra P de l'alfabeto latino u romano, que prenió d'o griego o modelo de trazau angloso, apareixendo as formas cerradas en o sieglo I. A P mayuscla visigotica teneba a forma de letra capital romana. A P gotica d'o sieglo XIII encomenzó a escribir-se con un solo trazo contino.
