GPR61, G protein-spregnuti receptor 61, je protein koji je kod čoveka kodiran GPR61 genom.[1][2][3]
Ovaj gen pripada familiji G-protein spregnutih receptora. Oni sadrže sedam transmembranskih domena i prenose ekstracelularne signale uz pomoć heterotrimernih G proteina. Protein kodiran ovim genom je blisko srodan receptorima biogenih amina.[3]
